Burglary – Where the evidence is thin Moss & Co will ask the CPS to review their decision to charge

Moss & Co’s juvenile client was arrested with three others were arrested for attempted burglary.  He was interviewed and charged but no further action was taken against all three of his co-suspects. When we read the prosecution papers it was clear that the CPS decision to charge our client had been based on a misleading summary of the evidence given by the police. We made representations for the case to be reviewed and the charges were then withdrawn.
