Police Station Representation

Criminal cases can be won and lost in the police station

Using  the best police station solicitor  to  represent you can make the difference between charge and no charge.  If  you are charged,  skilled police station representation  is often the difference between being found  guilty and not guilty.

We provide a genuine 24h police station solicitor service on  02089868336   night and day,  every day of the year.

Police station representation is often the first opportunity  to get legal advice. Many people at the police station do not yet have a solicitor because there is no time to get one before they are arrested. The police  will offer to  get you a  police station duty solicitor. But there is nothing stopping you or your family  finding  a  police station rep you know or trust.

Duty solicitors are available at the Police station under Code H of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act. Cases are allocated on a rota basis so you will not know who your representative is until they telephone or attend the station.

Let us take the strain?

Facing a criminal charge is bound to be stressful. The first thing to do is to stay calm and make sure that you have the support of a qualified police station specialist. Trust your advisor and remember that you do not have to prove anything. The police have arrested you and they must prove their case. You are innocent until and unless you are found guilty. At the police station our first aim is to stop you being charged. You should let us take the strain we have extensive experience of dealing with police investigations and a police interview is one of those times when you really should let the experts handle it.

What is a lawful Arrest?

The police must caution you before arrest.  They can only make an arrest if they have reasonable grounds to suspect a criminal offence has or is about to committed. The Police can also arrest you if they have a warrant or if you give them a false or name and address. Sometimes police can arrest someone who they think is danger to themselves or others.
