Narinder Moss is the Senior partner of Moss & Co. She founded the firm 21 years ago with her husband Aryeh Moss. The firms ethos has always been to provide the very best quality legal services at a price people can afford or on Legal Aid if they are eligible.

Narinder has spent over 25 years as a specialist civil litigator and housing expert. She has trained over 40 solicitors. During that time she has represented several thousand clients with housing problems.  She is a true expert in her field finding defences and causes of action where others have failed. She is always looking for a solution to the clients problem and has never been known to duck a legal analysis with the dreaded words “a grey area”. An independent peer reviewer described her housing case outcomes as “truly remarkable”.

Narinder continues to run the practice, ensuring high standards from all solicitors, whilst conducting her own case load. She has developed a well respected civil litigation practice including many notable successes in asserting clients rights against local authorities, the police and prison service. her deep experience of conducting  cases for tenants means that she is a  formidable opponent when acting for Landlords. On more than one occasion a landlord has instructed her after her work on behalf of their tenants. The landlords would rather have her on side than against them.
