Hourly Rates

We charge by the hour for all landlord possession cases. We will provide you with an itemised and detailed estimate of your likely costs including, court fees and other disbursements. You will be told the hourly rate at the outset of the proceedings. The rate will not exceed those listed below.

Our hourly rates are as follows:

Trainee Solicitor – under direct supervision of Partner or Associate	£175
